The platform has been released for internal testing and we are continuing to add content prior to handover at the end of January. We welcome feedback on the platform as a whole through the pop-up chat window.

This platform has been developed as a resource and knowledge management system for Monash Health Community staff to access information about services and organisations able to provide support to the community.

A variety of providers representing the community health and wellbeing ecosystem have been categorised to enable easy reference for clinicians.
